Goods: Onions 1 kg, almond 150 g, rice 1 kg, parsley 1 tbsp, butter 200 g. Preparation: Slice the onion and fry with oil, then add salt and then rice. Mix together well, add broth and cook over medium heat. When the rice is ready, remove the pan from the heat and leave it for about 10 minutes. When serving, add chopped almonds and parsley.
